Alphapoint is seeking an analytical and results-driven Junior Software Engineer to design, develop and deploy ML models. 

This role will be 100% Remote.

Jr. Software Engineer Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries (PyTorch, scikit-learn, NumPy, etc.).
• Maintain ML pipelines and infrastructure on AWS (ECS, Sagemaker, etc.)
• Deploy prototypes to AWS for testing and validation
• Write clean and well-documented code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the most efficient way of tackling a problem

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn and PyTorch
• Solid understanding of statistics
• Experience with Large Language Models
